Rosemary Whiskey Sour

INGREDIENTS

Makes 1 drink

  • 2 oz. Egg Whites
  • 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Rosemary Sprigs
  • 1 oz. Lemon
  • 3 Drops Bitters

DIRECTIONS

  • First create the Rosemary Simple Syrup. This is done by simmering the sugar, water, and rosemary sprigs together until the sugar has all dissolved.
  • Once the simple syrup is created, take the lemon, egg whites, whiskey or bourbon, bitters, and 1 oz. of the simple syrup and use a cocktail shaker to mix all.
  • Put a couple of ice cubes in a whiskey glass.
  • Pour the cocktail shaker over the ice.
  • Enjoy.
