INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 drink
- 2 oz. Egg Whites
- 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- Rosemary Sprigs
- 1 oz. Lemon
- 3 Drops Bitters
DIRECTIONS
- First create the Rosemary Simple Syrup. This is done by simmering the sugar, water, and rosemary sprigs together until the sugar has all dissolved.
- Once the simple syrup is created, take the lemon, egg whites, whiskey or bourbon, bitters, and 1 oz. of the simple syrup and use a cocktail shaker to mix all.
- Put a couple of ice cubes in a whiskey glass.
- Pour the cocktail shaker over the ice.
- Enjoy.
