Ron’s Ribs

INGREDIENTS

Makes 2 racks

  • 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Paprika
  • 1 Tbs Garlic
  • 1 Tbs Salt
  • 1 Tbs Pepper
  • 1 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tbs Mustard

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients to make dry rub and apply liberally to cover ribs. Let sit for 1-2 hours prior to cooking.
  • Wrap each rack of ribs in tinfoil to keep the juices in while cooking.
  • Cook at 300 °F for 2 hours.
  • Let sit for 5 mins.
  • Feast.
