Makes 2 racks
- 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs Paprika
- 1 Tbs Garlic
- 1 Tbs Salt
- 1 Tbs Pepper
- 1 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbs Mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients to make dry rub and apply liberally to cover ribs. Let sit for 1-2 hours prior to cooking.
- Wrap each rack of ribs in tinfoil to keep the juices in while cooking.
- Cook at 300 °F for 2 hours.
- Let sit for 5 mins.
- Feast.
